To our patients who have Delta Dental insurance or are considering signing up for coverage with Delta Dental:
After much consideration, we decided to discontinue our contract with Delta Dental effective March 1, 2023. We are concerned that the existing pressures from Delta Dental are beginning to have negative effects on the quality of care we provide. We can no longer in good conscience maintain an in-network relationship with them.
The good news is that you can remain a patient in our practice!
All claims will still be billed to Delta Dental as a courtesy for you and we will work to maximize your dental benefits. Delta will now pay you, the patient, instead of the dental office. You will be required to pay the total cost at the time of your appointment. You can expect reimbursement from Delta Dental within 1-3 weeks.
We value you as a patient and hope to continue to be your dental healthcare provider for many years to come.
